Nataki Appolon, Esq. is a partner at the boutique firm of Warren Warren & Appolon LLP (WW&A). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in 1999 and then went on to graduate from Hofstra University, School of Law in May 2005 with her JD and Mediation Certification. She has a great deal of experience in real estate and estate planning, and is a solutions-focused attorney with a calm demeanor in the face of difficulties.
Nataki takes a sympathetic and consultative approach with her clients - whether it is counseling a client through the purchase of his or her first home or representing a seasoned investor with his 20th purchase, each and every client is treated uniquely, with a great deal of time and attention. She truly enjoys being the trusted advisor for each and every one of her clients and believes in holding her clients’ hands through every process.
Nataki started her career in the real estate arena in 2004, and temporarily relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008 where she honed her skills in business law, software licensing, regulatory and compliance work, and contract drafting and negotiations for esteemed companies like Turner Broadcasting (CNN) and Lexis Nexis. Since returning to New York, her focus has returned to her true love of real estate and she has developed a keen knowledge of estate law, specifically an interest in protecting and guiding families with planning for the inevitable event of death or the unfortunate event of their incapacity, especially when caring for young children or older parents.
The area of estate planning resonates with Nataki as she has a young family of her own which includes a husband of 16 years and three young children, ages 11, 8 and 2. She enjoys spending time with her family and does not take one day with them for granted. They are definitely a motivating factor in her life and practice.
Dennis E. Warren
Dennis E. Warren is founder and managing partner of Warren Warren & Appolon LLP, a firm which has provided vigorous representation to thousands of clients in various aspects of the law for nearly 30 years.
Dennis began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Legal Aid Society of New York, before segueing into private practice and later forming the firm of Warren & Warren - recently renamed Warren Warren & Appolon LLP.
Dennis earned his bachelors degree from Fordham University;his masters degree in Government and Politics along with a Certificate in International Law and Diplomacy from St. John’s University; and his lawdegree from The Maurice Deane Law School of Hofstra University.
He is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey state and federal courts,andto the bar of the British West Indies including Jamaica and The Bahamas.
Dennis’ area of expertise is real estate, and he has represented clients in all aspects of this discipline for close to 30 years—from first-time home buyers to veteran investors. He also handles purchase and sales of small business entities as well as transaction involving religious corporations.
The firm, heavily involved in charitable endeavors in the broader community, has been cited by many organizations for its work within the community, and Dennis has been recipient of a number of these awards.
Dawn P. Warren
Dawn P. Warren joined the firm of Warren & Warren LLP (now WW&A) as a partner in 1997 following a stellar career as an educator, and, later, a top-tier management executive in Corporate America - more specifically at NYNEX/Verizon of New York.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fordham University, a Masters in Education from the University of the West Indies, and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University Law School; and is admitted to New York state and federal courts, as well as, the courts of the Commonwealth Caribbean.
Her legal areas of practice include matrimonial law, trust and estate law, and wills where she has represented numerous clients in the settlement of their estates via probate and administration.
Dawn has been the recipient of many awards for her outreach and pro bono work in the community, and has received accolades from the Nassau County Legislature and the Long Island Caribbean American Association (LICAA).
She serves as lay-reader at St. Johns the Evangelist Episcopal Church, and also serves on the Church’s Vestry Board.
