Nataki Appolon, Esq. is a partner at the boutique firm of Warren Warren & Appolon LLP (WW&A). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University in 1999 and then went on to graduate from Hofstra University, School of Law in May 2005 with her JD, and Mediation Certification. She has a great deal of experience in Real Estate and is a solutions-focused attorney with a calm demeanor in the face of difficulties. Nataki also has a specialty in coaching clients and her peer attorneys through difficult transactions and practice concerns.
Nataki started her career in the real estate arena in 2004, and temporarily relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008 where she honed her skills in business law, software licensing, regulatory and compliance work, and contract drafting and negotiations for esteemed companies like Turner Broadcasting (CNN) and Lexis Nexis. Since returning to New York, her focus has returned to her true love of real estate and client coaching.
Nataki takes a sympathetic and consultative approach with her clients – whether it is counseling a client through the purchase of his or her first home, representing a seasoned investor with his 20th purchase, or providing consultative services to peers – each and every client is treated uniquely, with a great deal of time and attention. She truly enjoys being the trusted advisor for each and every client. Nataki has a young family which includes a husband of over 19 years and their three children, ages 15, 12 and 6. She enjoys spending time with her family and does not take one day with them for granted. They are definitely a motivating factor in her life and practice.
